5. The Agreement

An agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. We confirm receipt of the acceptance immediately by electronic means.

6. Right of Withdrawal

7. Consumer Obligations During the Reflection Period

During the reflection period, the consumer is expected to handle the product and packaging with care. If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition.

9. Prices

All prices are shown in EURO (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in VAT rates or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Delivery and Execution

Agreements concluded for an indefinite period can be terminated at any time with a notice period of one month.
